    The continental breakfast was excellent. Great selections of warm and cold food options from all the food groups. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool too. Our hotel was located close to the attractions we desired to see (Ravinia, Chicago Botanical Gardens, Illinois Beach State Park). Parking was easy and the elevators worked well and were roomy. Our specific room included a doorbell to press for assistance (for those who are blind or deaf).

    It was modern enough. Complimentary parking and breakfast. It was walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, fast food places, supermarkets, and other shopping centers. All the coffee and tea your heart desires. It was a great stay.

    Everything!!! It was clean and it had an absolutely gorgeous view with the most beautiful bathroom!!! I love the safety of parking was in the deck as well & right next to the grocery store!!!

    When we arrived the parking lot had a new black top that was just paved. When I checked in to the hotel, I mentioned that I needed to be closer to bring my luggage inside. The hotel desk clerk said he’d take care of it. He brought a luggage carrier outside and loaded my luggage and items that were in my car on the cart - then took it to my room for me. I found him to be very helpful.
