The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Her customer service was impeccable. She was kind and helpful and really helped to make her stay at 10 out of 10 Also, the breakfast was amazing! So many options, and really fresh. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Absolutely loved how the large TV separated the bedroom from the lounge area and I could spin it around depending on where I was sitting. Bathroom was big and yet cozy. Plenty of space to put clothes in the walk-through robe. Good kitchenette.. close to the airport.

    Location was outstanding, centrally located to major transportation routes such as I-88, I-355, US-83, Cermak Rd and Wolf Rd. Hotel is very close to Oak Brook are with many restaurants and shopping choices. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. On-site parking was convenient. We did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but we appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning.
