A wonderful, former 'Madrasa', only a 3 min walk from magical Khiva. Great value for money. A huge bathtub. Quiet. Wifi working well in the room and in the enclosed garden. Very nice and kind owners. I was even given a quick, free ride to the railway station.

I travel a lot, see so many things, but this hotel’s impression is still among the best. First they send someone to pick you up with your name at the train station for free, second they offer free transfer to and from the hotel at anytime you call them, third, they can arrange for you if the one day tour to the Fortress Qalas with reasonable price, beyond all this, they have great breakfast and a big swim pool. And the manager always with smile and ready to help,

Great little homestay, we booked three rooms for our group of friends and had the entire place to ourselves. Aslan was a good host and very helpful before we even arrived, he gave good advice about train ticket bookings and even offered to do it for us if we couldn't. He also arranged an excellent driver, Bahadır, to pick us up at the airport and then drive us to Bukhara. The rooms were comfortable and breakfasts, prepared by Aslan's mother, were a traditional culinary treat. This hotel is in a fabulous location inside the Ichan Qala and we would highly recommend it.

    Great stay.....great hostel, great staff and great location!! Good place for overlander vehicles with safe parking under camera surveillance and then a very short stroll to the old city. Great to support a new hostel with the young host having excellent English and happy to help with anything and everything.

    A charming traditional building that was comfortable with a spacious air conditioned room, and delicious breakfast served in the shady courtyard. Great location within easy walk of the historic old city. Secure parking. And Most importantly the team were fantastic, helping us with local tasks, washing and general advice about how to best enjoy our time in Khiva.
