Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

This is new brand hotel, the room was spacious and nice. Beautiful facilities, looks like Europe design. The view from room was nice. Staffs so friendly. I love this hotel. Highly recommend!

The staff were happy and helpful and the new hotel facilities were clean, comfortable and very modern. The shower was the best I’ve had in vietnam, and the comfort helped me rest before my flight.

Thuân was so kind and nice and the staff were very nice and helpful. The place was exactly what I needed before a flight, they were available every hour, they gave free taxi from the airport and back to the airport, and made a home made breakfast. Very recommended if you need to stay a night need the airport

My daughter had a terrible experience in Hanoi airport and as a result needed a hotel at 2a.m. I booked the hotel from Ireland and immediately received a message asking if there was anything we needed. I explained that my daughter was very distressed and would they ensure that she was checked in safely. They offered to collect her from the airport. On arrival my daughter said they the staff were just fabulous and very kind. They gave her some cold drinks going to her room and delivered fresh fruit the following day. Going above and beyond. I was so grateful as a parent so many miles away that my daughter was in good hands. I would hope to travel to Hanoi some time and look forward to staying in this hotel. Also incredible value for money. Thank you to all the incredible staff

Okay, let me be real. This was the best accommodation we’ve stayed in throughout South East Asia while travelling for 6 months. We were greeted by the security guard helping us open our car door and getting our bags. He helped us open the door and make sure we had everything and were feeling safe. We then met some of the workers called Flower and Nicolas. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and funny. They told us all the information we needed to know and we even got some welcoming tea on arrival while we waited 10 minutes for the room (because we came early). Actually, every time we came down to wait for a Grab at reception they brought a delicious cold Vietnamese tea, it was so kind. The room was amazing it had a portable projector with Netflix, the bed was comfortable and big, the bath was so nice we actually used it every night, the shower was fantastic, room service was amazing, and they even have laundry service. They serve delicious beef burgers and fries and offer a lot of discount vouchers upon arrival for the restaurant and bar. To be honest, the best thing for me was the security guard. I watched how he worked, and he puts 100% effort into his job. He is always walking around and watching his surroundings, helping open doors for people with a kind hello, opening and shutting doors of the car for you, his aura is very trusting and warm.

I don't often leave reviews but this home stay was awesome! The family are so so nice. I wish we were there longer and I'd definitely go back. We came down in the morning and sat with the most lovely guy who I'm guessing is the man of the house. He gave us tea and fresh fruit while telling us his family had lived there for years and all lived together. His wife then made us the most yummy food. They were so nice I highly recommend staying here specially if your keen to get out the craziness of the main city. Can't wait to go back and spend more time with these lovely people. X
