The bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff—everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Petro at the reception, who went above and beyond—helping me book a taxi to Saranda, giving me great tips on Berat’s main attractions and how to get around, and even arranging a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!
