Spacious chalets and suites offer comfortable living areas that feature a fireplace. Full kitchens and kitchenettes are provided. Each suite boasts wood panelling and a log cabin design. We stayed in Baker Creek as a family with 2 kids. Our stay was quite comfortable. The kitchen is relatively well equipped, the coffee is very tasty. The beds are comfortable. All windows and a balcony door have mosquito net. The nature around the hotel is wonderful. You see at least one squirrel whenever you leave the house, they are literally everywhere in the resort. I don't understand the complaints about Wi-Fi. It worked very well in our house during our stay. It was very handy due to the absence of mobile connection. The shop has all the basic supplies and the hot dog was very tasty, according to my son. They have one washer and one dryer for shared use.

It offers skiing, a full-service spa and hair salon, and 8 on-site dining options. It was a perfect night there. The place was huge with facilities and shops to explore. Our rooms were wonderful and breakfast was excellent. What I love most were the staffs, they were polite, friendly, and helpful.

Clean, Spacious, great location, 10 minutes from Lake Louis village, nice restaurants just across the street. Luke, the owner of the property was very helpful, kind and generous. I will definitely come back to this place when I'm next in the area.

Had a meal here and the food was incredible

Guests at HI Lake Louise Alpine Centre can relax in the common room with a fireplace. A small library is available for guests to choose from. The common area was great and the private room for a couple was great! And supper great that a restaurant was in the same building

Such a beautiful location and everything was equipped for a peaceful, restful stay. With firewood, trekking guides, hot tub, etc. The staff were absolutely amazing and it was really relaxing to be there. A wonderful getaway from busy daily hassles.
