The room we had was bigger than any rooms... Plenty space for two. Staffs were abound at any time, ready to help with every query in English. This was a huge plus point. Being able to communicate in a foreign land helped us navigate the city better. They gave recommendations, directions and even helped us to book tours and transport. We were made to feel right at home.

Some local  pruduce and wine can be purchased in the hostel. And if you are lucky like me Ella may just pick you a bowl of mulberries when they are in season.  The rooms are spotlessly clean and there is always on hot water for showers and washing. There is a washing machine and lots of space on the roof to dry your clothes. Ella makes a real effort to make you as comfortable as possible and explains how to access the local tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hostel.

We loved our stay here. Excellent spacious room, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lots of great spaces to sit and relax in the hostel. Pleasant walking through the old town and surrounding countryside. The owner was delightful and super helpful, spoke perfect English and with great communication before we arrived. She organised a day trip for us around Turpan we we really enjoyed. Definitely highly recommended.
