The location was very close to the main part of Stornoway and the ferry terminal. There was a hair towel supplied l that I appreciated and used. I liked that we were the only guests, and Olive made us feel very welcomed. She had a box of candy for us in the room. She made us tea when we arrived on the late ferry. I can't remember all the details, but it was the little things that mattered.
