The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, a fully operating stove. Coffee capsules are provided along with an Nespresso machine. - The house is located right at the entry point of the village; Kalloni is a beautiful little place, and probably a good base to explore the area. There is a cafe-restaurant very close to the accommodation. - a little bag with local delicacies waited for us on the bed.

This was a really good find for our overnight stay, we didn’t want to stay near the tourist spots at Meteora, didn’t know much about this town, but if you want to experience some small town genuine Greek life, please visit this place and the accommodation was I’m assuming a 5 star hotel? I don’t usually stay in 5 star hotels in Western countries but for the price that was a bargain! Being a Kiwi and not understanding the local business hours, we found a restaurant down the road, the town square was closed, he gave us a huge plate of lamb chops, a huge salad with a large block of Feta, back home in NZ that Feta would have cost us half the price of the meal! I’m assuming it’s not a tourist town ( I could be wrong) but it was fantastic value for money, also got a workout in downstairs at the gym.Great service, lovely lady who helped us, possibly the highlight of our 1 week in Greece, you can’t beat those of the beat non tourist spots!

The place is even better than the photos. A traditional house, built and decorated with a lot of love. Very comfortable, having everything you need. In a lovely spot to explore all the mountains around. The owner is also a lovely person, very helpful but also very considerate. A beautiful house which is an experience by itself.

We enjoyed in la noi the amazing junior suite, and the kids loved the upper floor with the steep, but safe staircase. View from our balcony was astonishing. We were lucky to enjoy fresh snowfall. Hosts were so warm, helpful, and polite! Lobby area with the fireplace so cosy! Rich buffet breakfast with many local tastes!
