Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The Camp is located at a wonderful small beach, surrounded by palm trees and mangrove forest. The whole small camp is designed were nicely and made with a lot of love. It has a very nice chill/kitchen area with a large table to get together with the other guests and volunteers. We could join the family dinner and breakfast for some extra money, which was very tasty. We did rent kayaks and went to the mangrove forest. The host Laurence helped a lot in preparing the trip and gave us a lot of information to arrive to the camp and go to Livingston. She was very helpful and kind as the other guest were. I would recommend to stay at least three nights, but a few days longer would probably be even better.

She is also a great cook. Don Luis was the taxi driver that she connected is with. He is a very honest man. He drove back to the facility to return my phone and charger that I left in the taxi. Funds from this place go to support underprivileged individuals attain working skills.

Short 10 min walk back to big supermarket.and ATM's and the boat dock. Also the ticket office for the boat for Livingston or shuttle buses are just at the side of the supermarket

The hotel provides an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. Excellent wooden cabin room, very cozy and comfortable, enough space and amenities. Location is fantastic and feels very much like part of the jungle. There's even a crocodile in the creek flowing through the finca and joining Rio Dulce. The hotel has its own landing and you can do a great boat trip down to Livingston or up to the lake. Very reasonable price for a great lodging experience. Stayed an extra night!

They had English speaking staff at the front desk and they arranged an English speaking taxi for us that arrived promptly at 6:00 a.m. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water. The building felt very safe.
