Furthermore, the WIFI was super fast! The host picks you up at a location of your choice and when you leave, he can take you to your preferred location. During my stay, he suggested an incredible restaurant that was surprisingly cheap for the quality of food, drove me there and picked me up. The highlight of my stay was the tour that the host offered. We drove to local villages that are rarely visited by tourists and took a ride on the famous bamboo train. It was an authentic and unforgettable experience. In short, I highly recommend Odambang Village Homestay. The hotel was incredible, with fast Wi-Fi and great amenities. The host took care of us 100% of the time, making us feel like family. The location was perfect, and the lovely home-cooked dinners at night were a highlight. Everything was just great—clean rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and the hosts taking us to the best spots.

It’s located in the countryside next to an irrigation channel and has beautiful views over the rice paddies and towards the spectacular Phnom Sampov and bat caves, which are only a short walk away. Lem, the owner, is an excellent tour guide and took us out in his tuk tuk and on the back of his moped to see some amazing local countryside and attractions for a very reasonable price. He even came on an early morning run up to the temple with us. He’s amazing! His wife prepares the meals and is an excellent cook. Staying here is an absolute must; very quiet and an authentic countryside experience.

I've been to Battambang few times and stayed in different places, but this is my favorite one so far. Even though I rarely sacrifice my comfort, this place (with it's Khmer style bath tub:) is totally worth it. It's very well taken care of, everything is very clean, bedsheets, towels, curtains are always extremely fresh. It's surrounded by the lavish garden and is very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the owner and the whole family are very polite and helpful.

Free parking is provided. The location was amazing - the energy and vibe was so zen and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. The pool was lovely and food at the restaurant was also great. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Anut and John’s hospitality and thoughtfulness are hard to describe, they just put so much of their hearts into this place. Definitely a highlight of our trip. The guesthouse, the scooters, the food, the help, the morning coffees, the noodle breakfasts, the stories, Anut’s smile and most of all, the company of these two- we are so grateful to have come across this place.
