It's situated at walking distance to Mirissa fishing harbor where whale watching tours start and also less than 1.5 km from the secret beach and <1km from Mirissa town. The rooms are comfy, well maintained and come with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and courteous and provides excellent service. And flexibility at arrangements is also noteworthy. And all of this comes at a very fair asking price. If you're visiting Mirissa area this is the easiest to recommend. But you may have to make reservations in advance. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. It's perfect for everyone — families, couples, or friends. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

It's a fabulous location with stunning views and the building, including the pool, is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, the food (and drinks) are delicious. The atmosphere is super relaxed and homey. All of this within walking distance of the beach. We had a fantastic four days here, would give it 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend it.
