Each one of the members are the most amazing people that represents the country as it is: the most welcome people in the world. Loved that everything was always clean, and everything always was available as you need it. It's a little bit hard to find at first because it's kind into the medina but they are so nice and they go to get you, so there is no problem at all. Just to say, best quality-price ever. This property is immaculately clean and well maintained. The owners and their lovely staff members are friendly, attentive, helpful, and efficient in their roles. We had an air-conditioned double ground floor room with two large windows and a good-sized ensuite, plus nice towels and sheets. A large indoor common area has a fridge we could use, and a very good breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, with ocean views. Local ceramics placed around give it a personal feel. The taps and drains work, windows and drawers slide, the floors are clean enough to walk barefoot inside and out. The many pot plants are watered and healthy. It's a short walk to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Very nice and beautiful villa with enough space inside and outside. The owner is very friendly and helpful. After the first reservation, i came back for two more nights.

The owner is such a nice chap and very helpful family staff. Good parking right outside the hotel. Close to everything in M'diq shops restaurants and beach

Our stay was wonderful, the host is so polite, he told us about everything - where it is better to have lunch,breakfast, he arranged a taxi for us at a very good price. We felt totally secure and supported in the new for us city. We met another guests in the hotel and all if them were totally happy with there stay! I also would like to add that marrocan style is in every small detail in this hotel, this is the best place for taking stylish pictures as well. We will definitely come back to Tetuan and stay in this hotel! Our 3 children also were happy with our stay here and they did not want to leave.

Well-equipped kitchen and a pretty garden for sitting outside. In a safe, quiet area close to the Medina and a quick cab ride to the city center. The family who owns it are very kind and helpful. Stayed in a double room with en suite bathroom. There’s a coffee shop, gelato, and a good casual restaurant, and two small markets less than five minutes away if you need something last minute. Glovo also delivers here. I travel through Tetouan often, so this will be my go-to when I need a place to stay.

Mentionne toute particulière à Hissam qui a été très disponible, très accueillant et d’une gentillesse extrême appartement propre bien situé avec les équipements nécessaires. Le climatisation ne va pas tarder, mais tais-toi en étant une ville avec un temps très agréable, cela n’est pas forcément nécessaire. Nous y reviendrons sans hésite.
