At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Dona Laura the owner and her husband were wonderful. Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

The breakfast was delicious and incredibly helpful as our party had a few allergies to work around. The colors are so happy. We spent much of our time here as it was a rest stop in our travels. The neighborhood here is close to the main parts of the city and Santiago is a great neighborhood to walk around in general. The bed was a huge surprise and so comfortable.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. Location is amazing. Close to everything. Easy to get bus anywhere, including the airport. But Uber is pretty cheap. I arrived in the middle of the night. It wasn't an issue. The host sent me check in details in advance and I got to my bed fine. Rooms are very comfortable, with locker space under the beds and padlocks available upon request. Laundry was done quickly and easily for a reasonable price. I didn't use the kitchen except to cut up some fruit I got from the market. The fridge has lots of space. Having drinking water to refill your bottle is great and saves so much plastic. The host is very kind and professional.

The accommodation provides room service, and organising tours for guests. Very clean and very nice! Would stay here again without a doubt. Breakfast brought to our room was a nice bonus and each day was a different dish. Pool cleaned daily, 2 min walk to the beach. One of the best stays out of our 2 weeks in the Yucatan region.

Located around 40 km from Mundo Maya Museum, the hotel with free WiFi is also 41 km away from Conventions Center Century XXI. The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.4 km from Chelem Beach. What an absolute gem of a place. Jill and Randy were lovely and incredibly hospitable. They made so many memorable moments like feeding the gulls and little snacks by the beach. It was also my partners birthday whilst we were there, and they made it so special for her, and we are very thankful. We will certainly be back next year, and we already can't wait. Thank you!
