Really cute little place with everything you needed.. Even a washing machine to do a load of laundry! Nice gardens and the owners said we were welcome to use all of it. Little outdoor area with table and chairs to sit out on. Cute dogs! Could park safely on drive. Swakop is an attractive town with some great places to eat. Easy, short walk to beach and town centre. Amazing value for money.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Rustic Inn is a recently renovated apartment situated in Swakopmund, 500 metres from South Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms include a terrace with garden views and free WiFi. This was by far one of our favorite stays while traveling in Africa. The hosts communicated nicely before we arrived, sharing the location and asking us what we were interested in doing while in town. They also gave amazing recommendations for close by food and drinks. The room and outdoor space was nice and spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and felt easy to relax in. The shower was perfect after a day of activities with good pressure and heat. It was a much needed feeling of home after traveling for so long. We came as strangers and left feeling like family! Another part was their recommendation to do a tour of Sandwich Harbor with the tour guide, Gideon. Hands down an amazing experience with fresh oysters, champagne, and good eats while in the middle of the Namib desert. After we expressed a desire to sandboard, he ensured we had an amazing spot and prepared boards for multiple awesome rides. Then we enjoyed a spectacular Braai with everyone and it is something I will remember forever.

The staff were great and there is a lot to see (including kuddus) when roaming the farm

I was very nice plase to stay. very big room with the garage and kitchen. washing machine was very important for me too. Close to hotel you can find SPAR supermarket with a good choise of cooked food for the dinner. The omelette for breakfast was very tender and tasty.
