The hofst was more than helpful and sent a bunch of information prior to our arrival. The apartment has a smart lock and the self check-in is super easy. We were traveling from far away and we had clothes to wash...the apartment had a washer/dryer which made everything so easy. We are traveling through Nis very often and this is by far the best apartment we stayed in. The apartment was squeaky clean. This is the one we will definitely come back to.
