Moracea by Khao Lak Resort offers 5-star beachfront accommodation situated on gently sloping Khao Lak Hill. Boasting a spa and sea-facing outdoor pool, it has a fitness room and an on-site restaurant.

Relaxing massages and body treatments await at Bamai Spa. Guests can relax with a drink in hand by the outdoor pool and bar or play a game of billiards. Free parking is available. The room was spacious, elegantly designed and had a wonderful view out to sea (we were in a Grand Deluxe close to reception, so the relative height at the top of a hill offered a great vantage point). Breakfast was outstanding with tonnes of vegetarian (and gluten-free) options, which was wonderful as so many Thai breakfasts tend to be so meat-heavy - this was a welcome break. The staff were courteous and friendly without exception, and the a/c in the room managed to keep the room cool despite the humidity outside. Visiting in low season was superb value, and honestly with just a few minutes of rain on one of our three day stay, a June visit is really a no-brainer, especially as nearby Khaolak is so quiet and crowd-free during this time. Walking around the resort is a pleasure - if you're lazy and don't consider walking in lush vegetation to be enjoyable, then go stay somewhere flat.

Situated on the Andaman Sea’s white-sand Khao Lak Beach, this Thai-style resort offers bright rooms with free WiFi access. Five restaurants and three bars are located on site. The resort boasts a 3.2 km lagoon pool. We have found our most favourite resort/hotel/accomodation throughout our travels. We were surprised by the sheer volume of activities (most being free) hosted by the hotel such as muay thai classes, floating yoga, washing buffalos, biking to see elephants and fire dancers. Would recommend staying 5 nights at the very least given the actitivies, a 3km pool streaming alongside the entire resort and multiple restaurants to try out. There is also a private beach for guests. We did visit in town but you can certainly spend your entire time at the resort. We capped off our stay with a Thai buffet dinner watching the sunset, where the hotel team helped to place our table on the beach as requested. Shoutout to Tin who was very friendly and assisted us to have a late check-out. Could not recommend enough.

The property is around 4.4 km from Tsunami Memorial - Rue Tor 813, 24 km from Lampi Waterfall and 25 km from Sairung Waterfall. The resort offers garden views, an outdoor pool, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Room is quite, very clean and modern, bed is very comfortable, AC works well, Shower area has space and places to organize clothes, etc. The external area is the most beautiful place you can imagine to stay! The restaurant is very convenient, food is great and prices are correct. It's 5 minutes walking from the beach and few more minutes walking to the place in the main street where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, stores and massages. Although hotel is in the main street, rooms are in the interior side so atmosphere is clam, silent and peaceful. Bonus to the staff: helpful, kind and ready to solve any problem. I ordered a few packs on line to be delivered at the hotel and staff delivered directly to my room. Can't say how much I loved this palce!
