Just enough to see where the garden borders are but not so much that the stars were blocked out. I loved that there were pet waste stations all over the place; it really gave a vibe that my dog was welcome there. The “partial river view” from my room was only “partial” because the river is half hidden by a terraced garden, which was not a problem for me at all; not like if it was blocked by another building. The view was beautiful! Incredible value for money!

The best way I can describe it is to imagine if you knew a celebrity and they gave you their luxury apartment to use while they were away. It has to be seen to be believed. We were fortunate enough to experience Griffin's Loft which is the smallest of the suites available and was amazing in itself but then we moved into the Penthouse for a few days.... OMG!!!
