Other reviewers have pretty much covered everything: comfortable small apartment, quiet, lovely animals, etc. Owners Loni and his wife were wonderful. Highlight of our short stay was a short tasting tasting session on the terrace – when he brought out his homemade raki and I got from the car the bagaço (raki; grappa) that we make at home in Portugal. It was a lovely sharing of similar cultures from opposite sides of Europe as we talked of wine, olives, and how we distill our spirits.
