The view gets a 10/10. We were all amazed by the location and enjoyed the sight thoroughly. We loved watching the sunset from our tents' terace. The owners were incredibly friendly, and prepared an exceptional dinner and breakfast on sight. Even gave me some medicine when I was feeling sick. Their daughter speaks perfect English and helped us a lot by communicating with us. Details were taken excellent care of, even the nooks and crannies were beautifully decorated. Hiking trail on sight. Showers were hot and each tents gets their own bathroom and shower.

Great location!! Best in the whole area. Very nice cottage, lovely decorated with taste and attention. The hottub is a great plus! The host is very welcoming and the food is delicious, both diner and breakfast. Very highly recommended for everyone looking for a special night at an unbeatable place!

The concept hotel is in its self, one of the most innovative experiences that we have had till date. From the remote and scenic landscapes to the modern and eco conscious, raw architecture and aesthetics of the space are breathtaking. The idea of a self-sustaining hi tech educational institution clubbed with refined minimalism of the hotel is awe inspiring. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were very forthcoming about any concerns that we had and dealt with them instantly. We were made to feel at home by all the staff . Special thanks to - Anahit, David and Hovo at the front desk for making our trip a memorable experience. Our tour around the campus of COAF SMART CENTER was equally amazing. The dedication of the educators towards the teaching was very evident and heart-warming. Special mention to one of the faculty - Ms Metaksya who afforded us a lot of her time and attention so as to explain the workings of the institute and its core values. A wholesome Experience!

The hotel was clean and had beautiful mountain views, making our stay very enjoyable. What impressed us the most was Gayane — she was so kind and attentive, and it felt like she was doing the work of several people all by herself. It would be great if she had some helpers to support her because she puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone is taken care of. Big thanks to Gayane for her amazing hospitality!

Super-welcoming hosts and great location on the clifftop of Debed Canyon. Great treks from the village all well.signposyed and trails marked. There is no shop or cafe in the village but the family serves the most terrific meals with local produce. The owner has created a small museum which is really interesting - household items from ancient to modern. The family also arranged a spot in a shared taxi from Yerevan, which was cheap and easy. The cottage has all facilities you might need, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, cooker, kettle.
