The house is truly charming, built in wood with large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains. You immediately feel connected to the surrounding nature. A big thank you to the whole family for their warm welcome: to Artyom’s father, who drove us up in his 4x4, giving us an amazing experience on those winding roads, always with good humor and a smile; and to Artyom and his wife for the delicious dinner and the wonderful visit to Smbataberd. The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. The hosts are fantastic. Always with a smile, fantastic food, and no effort is too much. I never felt so at home as here!! We decided to stay 3 instead of 2 nights because we liked it so much. We were driven around to see everything in the area, and stayed there as long as we liked, and did stops at family and friends of the host where we were welcomed like only Armenians can. This was our absolute favorite stay in Armenia, it is not luxurious but so hospitable! 10/10 would come again
