We had a fantastic time staying in Karbi, and wish we could have spent longer there. Zhanna's house is absolutely beautiful, with amazing home made decorations and beautiful Armenian carpets everywhere. We had the entire top floor of the house to ourselves as there were no other guests during our stay. There is a delightful balcony with views looking out over Mt. Ararat. Zhanna and her husband were incredibly kind and hospitable: the breakfast and dinner that they provided were superb. They are a lovely couple too. We wish we had more time to get to know them. The garden at their house is lovely, with large fruit trees providing cherries, mulberries etc that we were encouraged to eat lots of. Overall, a lovely stay. We just wish we'd planned ahead more so that we could have stayed for longer. If we return to Armenia we would seriously consider hiring a car and basing ourselves here for e.g. a week.

Amazing Armenian accommodation in a quiet and safe area. Located in a village below Aragats. The very nice owner will show you the garden, his small museum and give you a taste of the local plums. There are many rooms to choose from. All the rooms are very nice, clean and fragrant. The shower and toilet is very clean. The rooms have very comfortable mattresses, we slept wonderfully. I must also recommend the breakfast. It is a traditional Armenian breakfast with a great selection. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, it is an experience!

Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

This was one of the best guesthouses I’ve been to in the whole country. Wonderful location, plenty of amenities. And the warmest and most welcoming hosts. I am definitely coming back here in summer! It’s perfect for a lazy couple of days away from Yerevan.

Lovely accommodation. There was enough space to park our cars inside the hotel compound. The rooms were large and clean. There is also a nice common space to eat your food or just hang out. The breakfast was large and tasty. I'd definitely come back.

The whole experience was great, the staff, and the hotel is quiet in a quiet location. the room is clean and the bathroom was awesome. The breakfast is awesome and every day is different than before. Special thanks to Irina at the reception she helped me a lot with everything since I reached the hotel. Sure I will come again to the hotel. It was a wonderful time that I spent in Blur Inn and to be host by great humans like Nina and Tigran (also for the rest of the staff that I don't know the name!) They are genuine people that will make you feel like home and that don't have a price. Regarding Hotel, all was perfect since location (close to metro and away from noice of center) to the commodities that are clean and spacious. You can only work peacefully remote if that's the case. Breakfast was great and always different from day to day. Hope to visit my friends once again, and I think I will do. All the best! Miguel

It was an amazing welcome! We came from Yerevan late in the evening, but it was not a problem. We had a tasty dinner and a great Armenian breakfast. We were treated with their homemade jams in the morning, so we couldn’t help buying their raspberry jam before leaving. Moreover, the host family helped us to go look at the stars in the observatory located not far away - we were not planning this at all and it was a great spontaneous adventure we are still grateful for. Thank you!
