Buna guest house is gorgeous! The rooms have been thoughtfully decorated with modern but cosy decor. The shower was amazing and the use of a kitchen an added bonus. The games room was great for our son, and I enjoyed doing a jigsaw puzzle while escaping the freezing temperatures outside. Lianna was the most friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommended

Cozy house not far from touristic places. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are some additional places in the house - some places to seat and spend time. Will stay here again if I'll visit Gyumri another time.

Great accommodation near the center. Very kind and friendly owner with his cat and dog. Small garden and outdoor seating. The possibility of using the kitchen. Private bathroom and toilet in the room. I really like this style of accommodation. Everything was in the best order.

Everything was great! The unit is a studio with kitchenette. It was really cozy and cute. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all important places. Lastly, Armine was very nice host - responsive, accommodating, and friendly!

The price for the room is good compared to other options in the city. The room was nice, the floor was completely carpeted, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow was of good quality. I noticed that attention was paid to small details as well. The room itself is spacious enough for two people. There are plenty of charging points, a mirror in the room and another in the bathroom. The kitchen was literally fully equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. The location is also great, as it’s close to the Iron Fountain, which is a perfect spot for selfies.

A recently renovated apartment set in Gyumri, Van Bliss - 10 min away from center features a garden. The property has garden and city views.

The owner was very nice to us, we arrived around 11 PM and he invited us for a tea, while he checked our booking (we've booked it one hour before we came). He even let us stay until 4 PM the next day. The rooms were spacious even for 5 people, all the appliances were working, there was enough pots, pans, plates and kitchen utensils.
