The accommodation was a very positive experience. The rooms were modern and clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful Armenian-style breakfast. The restaurant also offers a very good Armenian menu. In the Shirak region, you can visit Lake Arpi, the Trchkan waterfall, Gujmri, and many other sights. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place with very welcoming hosts, a cozy bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There are nice spots to eat, relax and also to meet other guests. Our favorite was enjoying the morning sun at the terrace and to play table tennis in the cellar. The city center is nearby, it’s easy to discover the city by feet from there. See you next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Vanand -- the location is great and the rooms are spacious and warm, but nothing compares to the hospitality and generosity of the host! Always smiling and ready to help, and treating us to homemade food and drinks. He also has two cats and a dog, making this guesthouse an animal lover's dream! Very secure and comfortable accommodation. The delightful hostess thought of every little detail including fresh fruit, extra towels and arrival drinks. Cosy well equipped room with comfortable bed. Hostess checked a couple of times if we needed anything.

The price for the room is good compared to other options in the city. The room was nice, the floor was completely carpeted, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow was of good quality. I noticed that attention was paid to small details as well. The room itself is spacious enough for two people. There are plenty of charging points, a mirror in the room and another in the bathroom. The kitchen was literally fully equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. The location is also great, as it’s close to the Iron Fountain, which is a perfect spot for selfies.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, with a very nice terrace where we could sit. The host was very kind, and even though we arrived earlier than check-in time, she let us check in without any problem!
