When booking the hotel  for parents was a little worried because of the lack of the triple room photos  (would be great if you add some professional photos to see all the rooms clearly) and some low reviews...But love when managers  take time to  make a comment after each review and try to clarify the situation. The hotel accepted critics well but unjust reviews are really dissapointing especially when the guest gives the low rating and doesnt bother to explain why. Now as for my family's  experience. The room was ready on time. The welcoming was very friendly and heartwarming, parents were excited. Attitude and honest attention  values a lot, so thank you dear all involved ♡, so much appreciated. As for the room, they offered even a better room that was booked (nephew was the  happiest to have the whole bedroom :)). The thing I needed was comfort, cleanliness and working air-conditioning for them to rest well, all was there. The room was on the 4th floor,  there is a nice lift. The room was spacious, actually was two bedrooms with a living room. The rooms were clean as the bathrooms , all amenities there even a toothpaste. The mattrasses comfortable. WIFI working well. There was a minor thing on the ceiling which they came up and apologised for, its in the process of fixing. Also they even ordered some food and loved it, good portion, tasty and reasonable price. Dear hotel staff, EACH of YOU , thank you.  Such human care and thoughtfulness make your hotel really special. I have read about your hospitality , now also can confirm that its truly so !

The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and Cosy.I liked the place very much,it's near to the city centre about 5 -10 minutes ride. The staff is very friendly and affordable, they help each guest with everything.They offer a very tasty and health breakfast. Thank you for my nice and calm stay. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Ms. Diana and two other colleagues whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch—a lady working the morning shift and a gentleman working the night shift. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Diana, with her joyful smile and cheerful conversations, made us feel genuinely happy and as though we had known her for a long time. This created an immediate sense of comfort and welcome, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The lady working the morning shift showed remarkable kindness and care. When we needed assistance planning a trip, she didn’t hesitate to help. Since we don’t speak Russian, she called the destination on our behalf, gathered all the details, wrote everything down, and explained it all with enthusiasm and love. Her willingness to assist made our planning so much easier and stress-free. On our last night, the gentleman working the night shift demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He stepped outside to ensure we safely boarded our cab, standing at the hotel door with a warm smile and wishing us a safe flight. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to end our stay. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a heartwarming surprise—a handwritten note congratulating us on our honeymoon, along with a beautifully arranged fruit plate. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so special and welcomed. During one of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. They promptly brought me what I needed and even sent another plate of fruit with kind wishes for a speedy recovery. Their care and compassion truly stood out.

This hotel is centrally located just minutes away from Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. The reception is open 24 hours and I was fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade on a high floor which featured a balcony with views of the city and Mount Ararat. The WiFi speed is good and the breakfast is exceptional! The reception staff were lovely and kind, and even sent someone straight to fix an issue I had with the light in my room. The housekeeping is very efficient and the room is consistently already made up for you when you return from breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is very central, there are many cafes and shops around. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was very modern, clean, with good breakfast, good wifi and AC. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. At the check-in the receptionist told us he got us a later checkout without even asking :)
