We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The rooms were cozy, clean, and regularly maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of options that left nothing to be desired. We truly appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of our visit. We would love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful, always there if you need something, attentive, yet not obtrusive. The place has definitely a vibe of a family run hotel. Bonus - the staff wears tirolian outfits :) The place is very quiet and laid back. You can really relax, rest and enjoy skiing. The sauna was a big plus for me. There are also spacious common areas, so if you are with a group of friends, you'll have a place to sit in the evening and watch tv/play games/drink smth.

Amazing hosts! The guest house is very close to the owners’ restaurant, which offers great food. The location of the accommodation is on a beautiful plateau in the mountains, so expect to drive a very steep road with beautiful scenery.

    The apartment was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked every evening. We very much enjoyed having a balcony, from where we enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains and lake. Frau Imp was a delight - very friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on her face, as was the entire family. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation at Gaestehaus Elfriede and we're looking forward to returning in the winter too.

    When we came into the hotel we was warmly welcomed by the owners and the first present was an upgrade to a suite. The suite was great and we had a charming view from the balcony into this amazing landscape around the hotel. The interior in the whole hotel is charming and the food is always delicate. We will come back for sure.

    We arrived at the hotel for three days of the New Year. The hotel staff at the reception, in the restaurant are very nice, kind, tried very hard for us every day. The hotel is very well located, opposite the ski slope, bus stop. But the hotel inside needs renovation, the carpet on the floor in the hallway, the room stinks very much. The restaurant's extractor hood does not work well and all the smells in the rooms.
