We travelled to Schwangau in Germany to do the tour of Neuschwanstein Castle and it was a great location at a reasonable price for that. A lot of dishes and glasses, extra-towels, paper, kitchen towels. There are a lot of books, board games, TV set, games for children provided. We were travelling with a dog (no problems with this). The wellness area is nice and you can really relax there. I liked the fact that we could get a meal in the hotel in the evening because Nesselwängle does not offer very much in the way of restaurants in the autumn. Both breakfast and the evening meal were good. There are plenty of good walking and hiking options nearby. The hotel is decorated perfectly for the beautiful mountain setting. The dinners and breakfasts were amazing, so glad we included them in our stay. It was nice after a day of hiking to know we didn't have to look for a place for dinner - our hotel had probably the best option around for miles!
