wonderful large rooms in an interesting cluster of renovated older buildings by the Mur riverbank in the center of Graz. Great contemporary art in the corridors and a cool cafe for breakfast and afternoon snacks. Very clean premises and upscale design furniture in the room as well as nice bathroom products. Great quality linen and towels. I received a room upgrade as a Genius member. I appreciated the extra amenities, all great. Staff are professional and helpful, especially the lady on the day I checked out.

Convenience of location right in the centre of Graz. The hotel itself is stylish and modern - we loved spending time at the downstairs bar. The staff were super accommodating. Our only minor challenge was that there wasn't a lot of storage space in the room.

Apartment is brand new, it has all possible’s equipment you can imagine, absolutely everything. Tram station is right in front of the building. Hosts are extremely helpful and professional people, can’t even find superlatives to describe them. Best regards for them.

    My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at DieLangthalers Exklusive Oase. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was extremely informative and welcoming, even surprised us with a little welcome amenity. :) The studio was super comfortable and exceptionally clean.     The host is very kind and warm. The apartament we were stayed is very big and extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. The house has a beautiful garden with fish and you can spend your time outsite ar pool of you want. We highely recomand this location and we want to return to spend more data at it.

    Absolutely beautiful, idyllic location and very cute, functional studio that is decorated with love and care. We were welcomed very warmly and everything was explained to us. We even got a tour of the garden and were introduced to the chickens living there. Upon asking for a restaurant recommendation, we were very well advised and can only recommend to the local Greek taverna. We spent a very nice night there with our baby pug and highly recommend DieLangthalers Exklusive Oase to anyone, especially guests with small dogs.

    Very friendly host, taking care of everything you need, I even got fresh bread in the morning. The checkin is really uncomplicated, the parking is right in front of the door, there are full range of kitchen utilities, and there are 12 sockets in the apartment, so you can charge your electronic gadgets simultaneously. Small but fine, the department has everything you need for the stay.
