The host and her family are great. Very nice and helpful people. Felt more like visiting friends than staying at a b&b. Great location near the lake. Good breakfast, limited amounts but we could ask for more - I like this strategy better than throwing away leftovers. Overall great place to stay at.

This was our second visit to this appartment and this will be our go to place for future visits. We visit Spittal to connect with our relatives. The location is super, on the main town's main street and easy walking distance to the Railway station, even dragging luggage behind us.. It's clean and the contact with the management is good.

Highest recommendation for this accomodation. Everything is clean and comfort, very nice and modern rooms, staff is very kind and polite, willing to assist for all the requests. We got free locked parking for our bicycles in safe garage. Restaurant is great, food delicious, breakfast was rich! Would love to come here again some day! Our family room was super spacious and modern, with a good en suite bathroom. It was quiet and comfortable. There was a good storage room downstairs where we could leave our bikes securely. The hotel is well located for the Drau cycle path and the station. It's a short walk into town. We didn't use the pool because the weather wasn't great but we would have if it had been warmer!

Patricia who runs the hotel is an absolute star. She runs the hotel almost singlehandedly with a smile on her face and a can do attitude. Boss man, keep this lady! The hotel itself is clean and tidy and the breakfast they serve is very good. We would recommend this hotel to others.

I have to say many thanks for Boyana (hope wrote it well) for the hospitality! I had to stay in Spittal due an unexpected accident, and my inconvenient day got better by the accommodations:) I booked the cheapest option, but I got a nice private room with shower, and a really good breakfast next morning.
