Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Port Dufferin

It is a beautiful location with a great view. The house is large, comfortable and well-eqipped. There are lots of towels and linens provided. The kitchen is good for meal prep with most of what you need and includes a few spices and condiments as well as coffee making equipment and a kettle. A teapot would be a nice addition. Fungai was easy to contact and helpful. He kindly provided a highchair and a babygate we needed for an infant. Check-in and out was seamless and easy.

The Marmalade Motel is a memorable location for views & comfort…with ease of access to harbor, beach and hiking activities. Historical landmarks abound. We loved the natural beauty of local coves and inlets along with pine covered forests.

Prior to our arrival, the communication was pleasant and helpful. We did not encounter any staff while staying, but I heard someone delivering breakfast to the guests next door, and they sounded friendly and lovely. The room was clean. Water temps and pressure in the shower were good. For a traditional motel concept (a place to stop and sleep at a reasonable rate while journeying elsewhere), it did the job with the benefit of a water view.

The location was terrific, with lovely water views. The contactless check-in worked smoothly and staff responded to communications promptly. The quirky styling was a nice touch.

Fabulous location - what a view. Nice touches, like chocolates, wine glasses, cute decorations. Easy to use app to gain entry (download before arrival as no signal once you are there!). Good WiFi. Good coffee. Cannot comment on staff as there were none needed!

The location at the waters edge was excellent (helped that the weather was great!). The room was intelligently appointed, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was so comfortable, stylish, and clean! Location was gorgeous! but more remote than we had realized, and we booked last minute, so we weren't prepared with food, milk for coffee or toothpaste, upon arrival after local grocery had closed. But with a 15-20 minute drive in the morning we found everything needed at the local food mart and wonderful cafe!
