The staff are extraordinarily helpful, particularly Miss Jiajia and Mr Zhou. They picked us up from the station free (and returned us) made step by step arranged trips for us, recommended restaurants and so on. Nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded free to the best room in the hotel, which was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, decorated in the traditional Chinese style with lovely ornaments, furniture, fish ponds etc. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the old town of Lijiang which is a World Heritage site. The hotel and its location could be a problem for those with walking difficulties because there are quite a lot of stairs and cobbled streets. Breakfast is Chinese style, which was OK for us but may not be what western visitors.might expect. A safe in the room would be very useful.

The room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with many lovely details. The garden was beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable furniture that made it the perfect spot to unwind. Great location—within walking distance to Zhong Yi Market and Lijiang Old Town. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. Excellent value for money. I’d definitely book again if I return to Lijiang. Also, there's an adorable and friendly corgi on the property!

Located near the Old City of Lijiang, but in a quite area. The host, Otto, is a very charming young man who likes to make you feel welcome at his stay. His knowledge of Chinese tea culture is impressive and if you have time you can sit down with him in the lobby for tea and a chat. His English is quite proficient and likes to make jokes and have fun. He is also very generous in providing snacks and such. The rooms are cosy, decorated with beautiful wooden craftworks. The lobby has a covered patio with plants and places to hang out and chill. There is also a place on the roof to hang out and enjoy the view.

the property was well-maintained and very clean! it had good amenities and the staff were also extremely kind and attentive to our needs. the balcony and tea area in our room were great perks as well and we thoroughly enjoyed using these areas. the view surrounding the area was amazing and the location was conveniently located near places such as 白沙古城.

    The hostel owners are really welcoming and friendly. They took me to pick cherries and to great restaurants to have breakfast. They also have a cute dog in the yard. The breakfast and dinner are also available, it’s a good chance to make friends. It’s a really international hostel(I was the only native Chinese visitor there). The hostel is located in a transitional village with a great location close to the Old Town.

    Room is clean and spacious, great location, Yang is a very nice person and helpfull. He help us organize car rental and daytrip to Jade dragon mountain. He also advise nice and reasonable places to eat. Love his friendly dog Laoliu.

    Great looking authentic Naxi style house, yet room is very large, modern and comfortable. Top location a few minutes walk away from Shuhe old town. Hosts are a model of helpfulness, and genuinely nice people. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple nights with Johnson and Carol. Bonus: cute kid and dog to play with :)
