Excellent location near the main entrance of the park, the staff are welcoming and helpful with information and assistance in purchasing tickets for the various activities in Zhangjiajie. The night market on the main street is very nice.

The hotel was super nice! I would say the most comfortable bed you could ask for after such tiring hikings! Zhangjiajie National Park routes can be tricky to figure out, but thanks to the help of the staff we’ve been able to plan our activities :) Overall an amazing experience!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it.
