They booked trips, took us to get tickets, got medicine delivered and held our luggage overnight when we stayed in a nearby town for one night. The room is lovely and the newly opened restaurant's food is delicious. Location is stunningly beautiful and it is in walking distance to the reed flute cave. I would highly recommend this hotel.
