Jenny was extremely helpful in giving suggestions about the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie area. Helped is purchase the tickets which were very easy to retrieve from the ticket office. She also helped us with getting to Wulingyuan via bus instead of taxi. It was easy to communicate with her and the room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and internet fast.

The staff Terry was really very nice and friendly and extremely helpful. He basically helped to brief us of how to go and what he feels is the best method to travel/way to go to and fro the attractions, and how to navigate the attractions. His briefing was extremely helpful and could tell that he was very sincere in helping us and was willing to answer all our questions. Will definitely go back in the future.

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport & Tianmen Mountain!​​ We stayed at this lovely, cozy B&B near Hehua Airport, and it was such a pleasant experience! The location is super convenient—just a short drive to the airport and very close to Tianmen Mountain. The hostess was amazing, and the homemade meals she prepared were absolutely delicious! A special shout-out to Lucas, one of the staff members, who was incredibly helpful and gave us great travel tips. He went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality, tasty food, and excellent service. Will definitely stay here again! ​​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​​

From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out! An incredible warm welcome, I couldn't dream better for my very first trip to China! The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very available: they helped me install WeChat, assisted me in buying tickets to visit the famous "Avatar Mountains" and even offered to drive me to the station with their personal car to avoid taking the bus or taxi. Thank you very much for this week!

We liked everything about Our House hotel. Especially the hosts helping us with any questions we had. They're very helpful, kind and friendly. We had a late check-in and there was no problem at all. The hosts also helped us with the tickets for excursions. The room was exactly the same as in the photos: spacious, clean and light. There were provided bathroom supplies: shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush. So, you don't need to worry about anything at this wonderful place!
