Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Excellent location near the main entrance of the park, the staff are welcoming and helpful with information and assistance in purchasing tickets for the various activities in Zhangjiajie. The night market on the main street is very nice.

Highly recommended for those who is planning to visit Zhangjiajie. Don't worry about the location as it's very convenient to book a Didi to travel around Zhangjiajie. It's common to travel for 20-45mins by Didi from one destination to another in Zhangjiajie as the national parks ate located in different places. The view and facilities of the hotel made us wanted to spend more time in the hotel. The staffs would create a Wechat group upon check in, so that you could request or enquire anything. They are very helpful! It would be a plus point for those who likes dogs and cats too. They even provide free shuttle to airport/train station (they will contact you via Booking.com).

Lovely hotel, the free breakfast was a great help. The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book airport transfer and even helped us book tickets to the glass bridge. She gets a discount too. The location was brilliant. We could walk to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie national forest. We had an amazing stay here and we're sad to say goodbye Wuling town is a treasure.

The breakfast for vegetarians was fine. The best experience we had was with the staff support and the willingness of Carol, the manger to assist us in all our planning. Without her support, we would not have made it to Zhangjiajie. For the last three months, she has answered tens of questions so that we can plan the trip as it suits over 70 years old people. He encouragement, details in planning, advice on many many occasions including pick up from the train station was exemplary. THANK YOU CAROL AND THE STAFF.

English speaking staff is a real gem for traveling in China. Firstly, before the trip high up the mountain, they were able to warn us about a sudden snowfall, and we were prepared. Secondly, when it was the day of departure, they warned us about the closure due to road repairs, we planned our trip in advance and caught the plane. in addition, free transfer in the morning to the entrance of the national park

I had an absolute blast staying at Wallys, which contributed to creating a truly memorable experience for my trip on top of the sightseeings. - Amazing hospitality. While there are plenty of Zhangjiajie itineraries online, they can't beat the sharing from a local like Wally from routes to avoid crowds and insider hikes. He handdrew a very detailed 2day route map with many options to cater to my needs. Wally was also super helpful attending to all my questions and arranging for ticket purchases (with discount). Also i learnt a lot from the lovely chat abt his experience growing up in the area and managing the hostel. - Convenient location, less than 5mins walk to main gate, accessible to all shops and restaurants. - Affordable price and truly value for money (in no way will your experience be compromised).

The moment you step inside this absolutely AMAZING hostel, you are not just another customer, you are the newest member of this beautiful little family. This place has quickly turned into one of my favourite hostels ever. Emer, the host is not just lovely, she is so knowledgable, helpful, kind, and simply amazing at what she is doing. She will not only help you book your tickets for the parks, she will literally tell you which paths you have to follow in the park. Oh and you get hungry after that? Well, she will order some amazing food for you! Now you're tired? She can make the best coffee I have had in China. Not talking about the large selection of super affordable beers! The hostel has the perfect common area, with strong and reliable wifi, where I got to make some amazing friends, and also, almost everyone ended up extending their stay here, and that will tell you everything about this place. Oh and the rooms are super clean, with a very comfy bed, and again, good wifi! I so wish I could have stayed even longer! Thank you so so much again Emer! This is the first place I'm heading to once I'm back in China!
