Amazing location and view, close enough to the south gate of the national park, but very private, not crowded at all. Host and staff were extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Our host helped with planning and suggested great locations worth visiting. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, designed beautifully to the smallest detail. Food was very delicious, we had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

Beautiful view from the balcony, unique bathtub at the balcony, extremely nice host, who was very helpful and tried to plan our itinerary in the park in the best way. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast to start every day. Great stay!

Thank you so much Lucas! We had a lovely stay with amazing food. Lucas got us a complimentary room upgrade, so we had a nice view on the mountains. He booked everything we needed to enter and explore the national parks. Everything worked out perfectly, pick up at the airport, taxis, tickets etc. Great value for money!

Location was great! Right next to the West Entrance of the National Park. Our room was also very comfortable and clean. What we liked the most was Carol, she helped us a lot! She booked our national park tickets and Tianmen Mountain and at the same time provided guidance which way to take and also arranging car pickup. The Inn has also restaurant - it seems family owned one, Carol was also very helpful in translating things for us. Since international card gets charged when you exceed 200 Yuan, Carol was kind to allow us to pay by batches so we don’t get charged the fee:)

Very cozy and calm environment. Super friendly personnel. Rain helped us a lot with all tickets to National Park and transfer. We felt like home. The rooms and the place of the hotel is great! Very luxury experience. Our highlight is the cinema is the room😀👍 The breakfast was also nice.

From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out! I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.
