My stay was fantastic! I had an issue, but the manager promptly addressed it, demonstrating excellent leadership. The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. What an amazing Hotel!!! Everything looks even nicer than on the pictures, it's all new, super clean, has a Sauna, steem bath, jacuzzy, the staff is adorable and the service excellent. The owner Eduardo is the best, he takes so much care and really ensures that his guests have the best possible stay. I'd come back any time :)

The owners were great and always pleasant and willing to help. The location and facilities are beautiful. The flowers and landscaping are amazing. Having a car would be a big plus if you are going to do a long stay since it’s remotely located above the city conveniences.

We like to stay in smaller boutique hotels and were not disappointed when we chose the Don Alfonso Hotel in Pereira for our stopover on the way to Salento. The hotel is housed in a historic building and every corner of the house tells a story. Stay here if you are looking for character, friendly staff and a comfortable bed in a spacious room. Stay away if you don't like cats, old books, vintage paintings and furniture from the last century. There is even a free parking if you arrive by car which is premium in this central location in Pereira.
