Everything was perfect. We had 2 amazing days in Uvita. Excellent contact with the host. The house is brand new, fully equipped. Excellent equipment in the kitchen. Barbecue area. A place on the terrace overlooking the forest, where you can eat peacefully. Comfortable and large bed. Excellent internet connection. Very clean and functional bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, you can only hear birds (hummingbirds, parrots and toucans). Fantastic pool, hammock and plenty of space where you can relax. No problem to find restaurants and eat in the area. To the beach quite close about 10 minutes walk. We also used the laundry service (fast and inexpensive - we recommend). Very spacious apartment with modern facilities and design. There's a small pool that I used practically everyday during my stay. Marino Ballena National Park is about 6 minutes away on foot. Along the way to the park, there are a couple of restaurants, as well as a mini supermarket for basic things. There were not a lot of tourists during my stay and I was practically the only guest in the complex, so it was a great respite from the hustle and bustle of travel.

Fabulous spot!! Clean, comfortable, great staff, super nice vibe/atmosphere, and exceptional value for $$. Tucan Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Walking distance to some great restaurants, too - Whale Tail Brewery and Mosaic Wine & Sushi Bar are our favorites, we loved being able to walk to them! Thank you to Sebastian for your great hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed with our 3-year daughter. The rooms were kept very clean, the beds were comfortable, everything was perfectly organized. A nice living room and two rooms. In one there was a large double bed, in the other two separate beds that could be put together. We will definitely come back there 🫶

it was actually hard to leave this place at checkout as it was so nice!! fantastic place for families, as the downstairs area combines cooking, eating and swimming areas (yep that pool is about 3 metres from the stove) all within one small space. so it was great fun to see the kids taking quick dips in between all our other activities. we ended up spending a lot more time in the pool than at the beach as it was oppressively hot. staff/owner are super nice and very attentive. AND it has a washing machine /dryer setup!! totally worth the money.
