We are cycling the Elberadweg and turned up at Pension Behnisch wet through and cold to the core on a wet windy day. Use had already put the heater on in our room. It’s the little things… The room overlooked the square and was full of character. Great breakfast in the morning. So very welcoming

Fantastic location. Central with restaurant, cinema, zoo, supermarkets and other shops in walking distance. Also 20 mins walking to the WT Arena so great for events/concerts to avoid having to park at the arena. Host great, very responsive.

Excellent 4-night stay at Jägerheim Löbsal. From the start, the warm, efficient check-in and genuinely hospitable host made me feel welcome. The property’s beautiful garden with a small pond was a real highlight and the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. The location is peaceful and rural, yet Meissen and the surrounding vineyards are within easy reach, so it works both as a serene retreat and a practical base. Great value for money—I’d happily return and highly recommend.
