Breakfast was well enough and tasty. The room was spacious and quite well-equipped, with a wardrobe and enough desk space and racks. Good Wifi. Good location for visiting Otepää, Tartu or Elva, I recommend staying there, but you need your own transport.

    The location and the house were just fantastic. The privacy and the vicinity of the park and greenery as well as the Lake Arbi were excellent. All the necessary is available in the apartment and fully-equipped kitchenette. There is TV as well.

    It had everything we needed and you could not ask for a better location. The host was responsive and the property had beautiful views of trees and a garden and was nice and sunny. it was very easy to walk to the shops and located near a beautiful lake and walking trails. We could not ask for a better location!

    The hotel and its facilities are clearly basic standard. But if there is an upper class in basic standard, this hotel definitely is just that! You get all you need, it's all there. Most is clearly worn, but kept in a working condition. Rooms are equipped with a modern flat TV. The house is located in a fantastic setting surrounded by forest. There is plenty space outside to sit on the terrace or on the lawn and enjoy the silence of the forrest. Staff is very friendly.

    They were very welcoming. I was traveling with my dog and a bike, which all had space enough on the room. Worth to mention that for dogs up to 40cm , the additional price is 10 eur, for taller dogs it is 15eur.
