Muhammad and his family are so kind and very helpful to arrange anything you need during your stay in Luxor. The dinner is also especially delicious! Amazing apartment, very spacious, comfortable and super clean! We were welcomed by Mr Ahmed and he was very kind to us and towards our needs. We had a big bottle of water, a basket of fruits and coffee and tea also there for us, which is always a plus! The apartment is located in a quiet street in Karnak, but close enough to a main street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. That same street leads to the majestic Karnak Temple after a 15min walk which is great. Downtown Luxor can also be reached by walking or by getting a taxi (don't forget to negotiate a good price, even just for fun!) Perfect for independent travelers who really want to get to know places and it's people. I truly recommend this place.

The hotel is very convenient to visiting Luxor, it is in great location on a quiet street. It is on the West bank of the Nile, very close to the main attractions, but East bank is also accessible easily by the ferry. Our room was very comfortable, staff very friendly and we had amazing food both for breakfast and dinner. I would recommend.

Mohamad is the person who made everything is perfect! You can trust him, believe me you going to understand how important this is when you are in Egypt because 80% of the people are scammers. It’s very important to found someone you can trust, and thank to God our house owner was like this and it gives us safety at least at home. Don’t make my mistake, ask him about everything since day one. The flat is very clean and I believe for this price it’s impossible to found something better in Luxor.

This apartment was a fantastic choice for our stay in Luxor. The property itself is lovely, with nice, clean rooms and everything in working order. We really appreciated how all the amenities and appliances were functioning perfectly, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. ​The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which made a big difference. The location is also ideal, with a market nearby, making it convenient to grab anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

    Fantastic place run by a very friendly and competent family. Excellent breakfast with good coffee in a lush garden, room with a large roof terrace with 270 degree views over the city of Luxor in the east and the mountains in the west. The location is also good, 5 minutes down a pleasant road to the local West Bank high street and the ferry terminal to cross the Nile.
