Fantastic hotel with a beautiful sea view. It is located right next to the historic part of Eze and the Fragonard factory. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. A big advantage of the hotel is a large swimming pool and a comfortable parking lot. Breakfast is also available, although we didn't use it as we had a kitchen. There is a bakery and a grocery store next door, so shopping is not a problem. A very good place to quickly get to Monaco, Nice or Cannes. The service is very nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel! We had such a cosy, charming room, spacious bathroom and a very big balcony. We really liked the restaurant too. And the lady at the reception (Giovanna) was just the sweetest, really approachable, helpful and speaking English very well:)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the heart of Eze village, and it also offers free parking which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. During my stay, I accidentally stained the pillowcase due to a sudden nosebleed, but the host was very understanding and did not blame me at all. I truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Eze.

    I liked everything. The location is excellent, easily accessible by car to all the tourist attractions in the French Riviera area, close to the train station and the beach in Eze. The sophisticated atmosphere of the property, luxury amenities, professional design, and attention to detail – even the bathroom cosmetics are from a well-known cosmetics factory in France. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the bed is more than comfortable. Everything is new and clean, and I highly recommend it. I would gladly return anytime.
