Location is very near to RER, just one stop away from Disneyland Paris. Room was clean with great roadside view. Receptionists are very polite and well behaved. Overall it was a nice stay. Recommended to everyone.

Residhome was a wonderful surprise! We booked the two-bedroom apartment and it was much bigger than announced on Booking: the kitchen was amazingly well-equipped (the welcome bags with dishwasher tablets, detergent, sponge and tea towels were unexpected!); lots of cupboards; two bathrooms with good amenities; welcome basket with coffee, tea, biscuits and water; very comfy beds (one large queen bed and one bunk bed); complimentary magazines for all ages and taste; cable TV with lots of options, in many languages. The hotel is at a killer location: a couple of steps of Val D'Europe Station - exit 2, only one stop for Disneyland's stations - Marne-la-Vallée. So much better than taking the free shuttle that some hotels offer which takes one to a long trip with infinite stops at many hotels. Tip: make sure you buy as many train tickets as you need in advance, so you avoid lines at the end of the day when returning to the hotel or when heading to the parks in the morning. Val D'Europe Centre Commercial is around the corner with everything one needs: Auchan hypermarché, pharmacies, stores, restaurants, bakeries. Breakfast is available from 7am to 10am. We can't evaluate it as we chose self-catering.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful apartment. Charles was easily accessible if we needed him, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment has clearly been recently furnished, everything was in good condition and felt fresh and clean. It was well equipped for us being self catering , and it had everything we required. The location was perfect for us for Disneyland and to go into Paris. The little bakery which was about 3 minutes walk away was wonderful, and the supermarket had everything else we required. We look forward to booking again.

    Location is great and the room is what to expect from a budget hotel. Our main disappointment was with the hygiene. We had 2 rooms and both smelled like wet dogs. The breakfast was also basic and it was clear that trays are not washed after each use. In sum facilities are great but maintenance fails in making this hotel a great find.

    The location was ideal. The train station was right outside and disneyland was only 10 minutes away. The car parking is underground and secured with a gate. Having a kitchenette in the room was nice too. They’re also dog friendly.
