The staff was super-friendly, nice and helpful, the location was charming, an old country inn absolutely lovely, the room.was spacious, very clean, fitted with everything we needed. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and breakfast and everything was delicious!

The location was absolutely beautiful we loved waking up in the morning and being able to see the sun coming up. We also loved the clear skies in the evening as we could see the stars which were incredible and we got some lovely photos.

Everything hot tub was great the view AMAZING met the owner who came to guide us to property after I got lost . It was easy to get to but in the dark I missed a turn. That was much appreciated he did not have to do that. . I will return again next year.

The hosts were amazing, very warm and welcoming couple. The accommodation is superb, beautifully converted barn with everything you could wish for and more. We were travelling with dogs and having our own enclosed yard was invaluable. The view across the valley from the balcony is breath taking. Very comfortable accommodation, beds were fantastic and living space was wonderful .

    Interesting building, lovely location. Food was lovely. Staff welcoming and helpful. Dog friendly a bonus. Room was clean and plenty of sockets. My friends stayed in the Smithy. This would be ideal for travelling with friends with the adjoining room.

    Lovely light and very clean property showing no signs of wear. Exceptional attention to detail and particularly liked that they made provision for our dog, down to a dog bed and blanket and treats. Great location too.

    Nothing fancy here, but you get the basics that should satisfy travelers who are passing through. The premises were clean and felt secure. The room supplied a comfortable single bed, shower, TV and wi-fi. Restaurants and pubs in the town of Builth Wells were easy to reach with a car. Always nice to find pet-friendly accommodation, and this one has ample space for dog walks.

    We really loved everything about this place. The host is brilliant and goes the extra mile to pay attention to details. Very clean and nicely decorated throughout. Kitchen fully equipped with cookware for any needs. Quiet and peaceful location. Friendly for dogs/pets; expect to find treats!

    Lovely conversion, liked the layout with superb views. Warm and cosy with a very nice modern wood burner to give that comfortable effect in the evenings. Very quite location and pet friendly, the private area with seating and a fire pit was a nice touch.
