It was a great location for us visiting sandhurst, just across the road. Close to the town and places to eat. Parking was a huge bonus point for us. There has been a lot of consideration by the owners for their occupants, it feels homely. The property was modern and very clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. Communication was great and informative.

The hotel is a stunning building and the reception is absolutely beautiful with an impressive wooden stairway and balcony. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious and tea/coffee facilities were provided. Elemis toiletries in both our room and the spa. The bed was very comfy and we heard very little noise from other guests. We chose to have dinner out as the menu seemed a little pricey but the breakfast was good with a great choice. The hotel pool and spa were brilliant and included in the price. We had robes and slippers if we wished and towels were provided. Coded locker system and all areas of the spa and pool were clean and inviting. Ample free parking set in lovely grounds. Will definitely use again.

I stay here when visiting family and friends in the area. I like that it is very easy, convenient, spacious, separate bedroom in the apartment, has a reception, parking (for a fee), comfortable bed, close to Sainsburys and good kitchen with the basics. They answer questions quickly on the booking.com app. Views from the windows are better now that the next-door apartment block is nearly finished.

    Location! Architecture of the buildung and the wonderful outdoor parc area! Wellness/SPA/Indoor Pool area is well modernized, super clean and nice! Garden with new pretty teak outdoor seatings!     Location to family party was perfect The B&B was ok - I do feel the room needed a little spruce up. I might add the host was very helpful and communicative and was on hand to answer any questions etc The kitchen area was well stocked for simple breakfast items Local area was very nice , perfect for doggie walks

    We had a fabulous overnight stay. The staff were extremely welcoming. And the location was beautiful. We were leaving before they started breakfast but they did us 2 fantastic takeaway breakfast bags. Nothing was too much trouble. We had our 2 large breed dogs with us and they were allowed anywhere on the grounds & they had a fabulous front lawn which the dogs loved.
