Lovely property right in the heart of Cirencester, full of character. Very spacious and full of old charm. Perfect Cotswold break. We timed it by chance for the Christmas light switch on, market and fireworks. Lovely and friendly owner, extremely helpful with any requests we had.

Location is perfect....set against a beautiful lake. Room was a good size, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, large TV and WiFi. Friendly welcome, and really comfortable room. We didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast was wonderful! We only stayed one night, and it was pretty quiet although right on the road, and had a lovely evening walk around the nearby fields and woodland. Within a fairly short drive from Cirencester, it would be an awesome place to stay if attending the Fairford Air Tattoo. A nice clean, characterful inn.

    This was probably the best dog friendly hotel that we have been to. Provided dog bowls and a dog bed in the room, which was on the ground floor with easy access to outside. We could eat with our dogs in the lounge bar area, including breakfast. Boot and dog washing areas provided. Perfect hotel location on Lake 6, and there are many fabulous walks around all the lakes on the area. Fabulous food. Highly recommend.

    - lovely boutique hotel in a nice setting - great location for visiting the Cotswolds - clean rooms with a lot of nice touches (we loved the radio that was playing silently when we arrived, the milk bottle in the morning and my husband's birthday gift) - really cosy atmosphere and friendly staff - although we didn't travel with our dog this time, we loved how pet friendly the hotel is - good breakfast - all in all, a very enjoyable stay where we would come back
