    Location was perfect for me and where I needed to be in the day. Ample parking and well sign posted. Cereals, jam and tea and coffee provided along with trays and plates and cutlery was good, however, as a B&B goes there was no bread or milk for the breakfast so I would have had to have brought my own (which obviously I didn't do because it didn't state anywhere what the breakfast actually consisted of).

    The location was really good - not far from where I work and also close to Hale village (about 10 min walk) where there was a good pub to eat at. The room had everything I needed and importantly everything worked. I liked the fact the TV was setup for Netflix although I had to use my own log on. The owner was very helpful when I arrived and i got a nice welcome from her two dogs in the yard.

    In terms of location, this place is great for the LJL airport. I was visiting friends who live in Halewood which was a 6 minute drive. Facilities were fine, my room was small but perfectly formed and the breakfast box was fab. Accepts pets, which is great.
