    Location excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast great and freshly cooked to order. Very relaxing place to stay. We ate in the restaurant and food was 5*.

    Lovely rural location by the Tarr Steps. Dog-friendly b&b, with a useful little entrance area between our rooms (3&4) which served as a space to wipe dog paws and keep coats and leads, etc. Breakfast was very tasty - lovely sausages.

    The location is incredible - it's in a secluded spot in a wooded valley overlooking the Tarr steps and Barle River; probably the best star visibility I've seen in the UK. The room was comfortable and spacious with a decent shower. Dinner was excellent. Dogs welcome.
