    The accommodation is in a lovely location near to shops, restaurants and lovely walks. Clean, tidy and has everything you need. Great that it is dog friendly and has a small enclosed pretty garden. We would recommend and will look to return again in the future.

    Despite the small size of the second bedroom, our flat had everything needed for a self-catered stay. Overall, we enjoyed this pet-friendly break by the sea, and our dog appreciated his long walks on the beach. Would definitely recommend it for families, especially in the summer.

    It was easy to find and the host kept me informed and emailed all the relevant information from directions and key pick up to where to go with our dog. That was a great help as not a lot of bars and restaurants allow pets in? Loved the location so many shops nearby bus stop right outside the door. Gardens for the dog walking was amazing and just across the road. Loved it. Highly recommend this property to anyone!

    The staff were pleasant. Good choice for breakfast. Location was good for dog walking on the beach and walking into St Annes and Fairhaven Lake. The hotel is very dog friendly. All the public places in the hotel were clean and of a good standard. There is entertainment in the hotel but this is very low key. There is a decent sized swimming pool, although we did not use this.
