Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and thoughtful. We slept in a beautiful room that was spacious and comfortable but continued to have the old world charm we were looking for with modern conveniences. The food was really delicious, reasonably priced and great drinks. It's obviously used by locals and their pups which we loved to see. We weren't right in Oxford but within very easy distance either by car or bus and we used both. It's a really beautiful town and one of our favourite places to stay in our 7 week holiday. They have a few sister pubs in other towns and because of the good experience at the Bear and Ragged Staff we had lunch or dinner there. They were really good as well but this was the best.

We booked this to get our dogs away from the fireworks. We barely heard one once tucked up. It's tucked in the middle and is cosy. The bed is amazing. We are thinking of booking again just for a good nights sleep. There are little touches that are nice such as milk, coffee and games. We didn't take advantage as we were only there 1 night but would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in Percy hut. We stayed for one night for a girls evening and we couldn’t fault the stay. We had a booking at soho farmhouse which is about 10 minutes down the road and we were able to easily arrange a taxi to and from using 001 taxis. We then came back to the hut and spent the evening chilling out, playing cards and watching the stars. Jennie was so good at communicating and made our stay so lovely with personal touches such as fresh milk, eggs and flowers. There was a gorgeous horse in the field opposite who we enjoyed watching as the sun went down. Inside the hut everything has been considered and configured well. Can’t recommend enough!! Absolutely lovely stay.

The house was great and gave us everything we needed. Location was fine but meant having to drive everywhere. Plot was great and was secure to allow the dog to investigate safely. Only comment would be the main living space with the pool table could do with a bigger telly with surround sound - that would make for a better experience when watching a movie etc

The hotel is wonderful. The magic begins right after you check in, when you are handed the keys to the room. But this is a surprise. Must see for yourself.     The staff are a lovely family, they were very accommodating and friendly. Bed was super comfy! Great location to get a taxi into oxford and breakfast was fab. The village itself is really pretty and has nice walks if travelling with a furry friend. The hotel is also pet friendly!
